Rental Policies

Reservations & Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment. Quotes are not guaranteed until your deposit is received and your order is confirmed by our office.

Payments & Cancellations

Balances are due before delivery. Deposits are non-refundable, but in many cases a raincheck credit may be issued for a future event date, subject to availability and our weather policy.

Cancellations or major order changes must be made in advance so we can adjust our delivery schedule and inventory.

Weather Policy

Safety always comes first. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may postpone or adjust installations. Some inflatables or items cannot be used during high winds, lightning, or heavy rain.

If weather affects your event, we will work with you to find the best available solution based on our schedule, inventory, and safety guidelines.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup are scheduled based on route, location, and event time. We ask that the site be ready, accessible, and clear of vehicles, furniture, or debris before our crew arrives.

Additional fees may apply for long carrying distances, stairs, difficult access, or last-minute changes at the time of delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate event details, including address, contact information, start and end times, and any special instructions or restrictions at the site.

The customer is also responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals for parks, venues, or special locations unless otherwise noted.

Damage, Cleaning & Missing Items

Normal wear is expected and covered. However, charges may apply for damaged, lost, or heavily soiled items due to misuse or negligence.

Linens should be shaken free of food and debris and placed in the provided bags. Wax, burns, permanent stains, or missing linens may result in replacement charges.

Safety & Supervision

Inflatables and certain equipment require constant adult supervision and must be used according to posted safety rules and our staff instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse setup or remove equipment if conditions are unsafe or policies are not followed.
