You may not use the platform to

Break the law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or deceive customers.
Upload or publish false, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content.
Operate unsafe workflows, hide fees, or misrepresent rental availability or policies.
Run spam, phishing, malware, credential stuffing, or other harmful campaigns.

You also may not

Probe, exploit, or bypass security controls on the platform.
Access another tenant's data or accounts without authorization.
Copy, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer, or mass-export the service in a harmful or unauthorized way.
Use the platform to build or train a competing clone without written permission.

Customer, payment, and data misuse

The following activity is considered high risk and may lead to immediate action:

Using stolen cards or encouraging chargeback abuse.
Collecting customer data without required notices or permissions.
Uploading data you do not have a lawful right to use.
Using the platform in a way that creates legal, reputational, fraud, or infrastructure risk for others.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and may take protective action that includes warning notices, throttling, feature restrictions, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent termination, preservation of evidence, cooperation with payment providers, or compliance with legal process.
